Hello, welcome to the November 2022 eToro Portfolio Update.
My name is Vincenzo Stefanini and my eToro username is vincenzost.

In November my portfolio closed in negative at -5.53%, after three consecutive positive months for my portfolio.
Overall, the portfolio is still negative due to all the macro events happening this year.
The positive side is that I am outperforming Bitcoin and all the other cryptos.
In fact, Bitcoin is down more than 70% this year, but my portfolio is down about 32%, so I was able to reduce the drawdown of my portfolio and the risk score.
If your copy is negative, please be patient and keep the copy open for the long term.
Remember that I have made huge gains in the last 2 years, so if you invest in the long term, it’s more likely to make a profit.

November has been a negative month for cryptos, because two major crypto exchanges, FTX and BlockFi filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
This event affected negatively the whole crypto market, pushing prices lower.
This has damaged the sentiment toward crypto.
Bitcoin has also recently lost its correlation with the US stock market, as stocks rallied last month.
Yesterday, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell mentioned a potential slowdown in interest-rate increases.
This pushed stocks and crypto prices higher.
We could potentially see a continuation of this rally until the end of the year, the so-called “Santa Rally”.
However, the overall macro conditions remain negative for the market, so I remain defensive right now and I am keeping the portfolio risk low.
The next FED meeting is on 14 December, which will indicate the monetary policy in the US.

Last month, I have closed a few positions in profit.
Right now I have long positions on cryptos and a few short positions in stocks, to protect against a potential market drop.
This month of December we will understand if the overall trend in stocks and cryptos switched to bullish or if it will remain bearish.
In any case, I have cash available in my balance to use for new trades.

Yesterday’s message from the FED might have changed the market direction for the short period.
If that’s the case, we should see this rally continue until the end of the year.
Also, the last months of the year are historically positive.
The investor sentiment is also bullish right now.
A rally in cryptos would be great for my portfolio.
I am positioning my portfolio to follow the overall trend and make a profit.
So, if you are already a copier, remain calm and keep the copy open.
Remember that this is an investment for the long term.

The current asset allocation of my portfolio is:

• ETFs: 24%
• Cryptos: 18%
• Stocks: 1%
• Cash: 57%

My goals for this year are:

• to keep the risk score to 5 or lower
• protect the capital invested and reduce portfolio drawdown
• to close the month of December in profit
• increase the assets under management to over $500,000
